Help for Addiction
An addiction is something you feel a very strong need to do on a regular basis. It may be interfering with your everyday life and perhaps the lives of your family.
Your subconscious learned to have this addiction. For whatever reason, it thought it was helping you. Consequently, the subconscious can unlearn this behaviour with the use of hypnosis. It is possible to give the mind another, healthier alternative.
If there is a past trauma associated with this problem, this can be treated with both EMDR and hypnotherapy. Once the trauma has been cleared, the patient can move forward.
Some people would describe biting their nails, pulling hair out, biting lips and making themselves sick as an addiction, but these are better described as habits. Habits can also be helped with hypnotherapy.

I helped a 44-year-old lady in the North West area who was addicted to caffeine. Unfortunately, her GP did not take this problem seriously. It was having a negative impact on her life and well being. She was at one point drinking 10 litres a day!
I was filmed for a German documentary, helping this lady free herself from this destructive behaviour. See my main page to learn more.
